John F. Cameron        
General Manager and Co-Founder
John Cameron is the General Manager of Pacific Crest and has primary responsibility of overall management and strategy for the company.  He brings both innovation and technical leadership to the Pacific Crest team.  Since co-founding the company in 1994, John has also served as the vice president of operations and the vice president of engineering.  Previously, John was as an engineering manager at Applied Materials and prior to this, he was co-founder and vice president of operations at Pinpoint Corporation which was sold to Bruinswick. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering with highest honors from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master’s of Science in Control Theory from Stanford University, and has been issued 18 and five filed patents.

Dale Hermann        
Director, Worldwide Customer Support, Marketing, and Sales
Dale is responsible for all sales, marketing, and customer support for Pacific Crest. He brings over 30 years of experience in the construction laser and surveying industry. He has an extensive knowledge of business units, products, and their applications and oversees both the radio products and GPS OEM business groups.  Prior to his move to Pacific Crest, Dale spent six years in sales management with Trimble Navigation where he implemented and finalized the consolidation of the Trimble and Spectra Precision organizations in the western region following the acquisition. Previously, he served in various sales, marketing, and management roles at Spectra-Physics.

Mark Kuhl        
Engineering Manager
Mark Kuhl is responsible for managing the engineering group at Pacific Crest where he leads the development of the next generation of radio products. He brings more than 15 years of experience in GPS, navigation, and location-based applications to his position. Previously, he served in various managerial roles at SiRF Technology and Motorola where he was involved with radio and GPS mobile devices. Preceding this he was at Magellan and Ashtech as a program manager for their entire line of GIS products. Mark holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in electrical and computing engineering from Ohio University.

Pat Robinson        
Quality Assurance Manager
Pat brings more than 25 years of experience in quality assurance to his role at Pacific Crest. He oversees many functions some of which include testing, evaluating and approving electronic and mechanical parts and assemblies, product documentation and compliance with regulatory agencies. Previously, he was the manager of quality assurance at Hitachi Instruments Inc. that manufactured clinical and analytical instrumentation. Prior to this, he was a product assurance engineering specialist at Lockheed Missiles and Space. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial technology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Mario Solis        
Operations Manager
Mario Solis is responsible for all manufacturing, materials management, product logistics, planning, and purchasing. He brings 15 years of purchasing and supply chain management experience to Pacific Crest. Since joining the company in 2000, he has also served as Purchasing Manager and Material Manager.  Previously, Mario was buyer at Intercon Technology, a semiconductor packaging company. Prior to Intercon, he served as a buyer and material manager at Serendipity Land Yachts. Mario is a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) who has successfully participated in Trimble Lean Six Sigma Training. He is continuing his education in Certified Supply Chain Professional (APICS) courses and business management.

Samantha Tran        
Finance Manager
Samantha Tran manages the financial department and has overall responsibility for budgeting, financial planning, and the day-to-day activities of accounting, inter-company transactions, and payroll at Pacific Crest. She has over 10 years of increasing responsibilities in all avenues of accounting and finance. Prior to Pacific Crest, she was a general ledger accountant at Day Wireless Systems where she managed three different entities general ledgers as well as their financials. Previously, she had been in the accounting departments at Acta Technology and Universal Technologies. Samantha has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from San Jose State University.
