Aldert Kluft Joins PCC to Lead Europe Sales

CLARA, Calif., March 1, 2002 -- Pacific Crest Corporation
welcomes Aldert Kluft as the European Regional Sales Manager.
Mr. Kluft will manage Pacific Crest Corporation’s European
office, and become a focal point of communication and service
for Pacific Crest Corporation’s European customers. He
has been in the radio business since 1982, and has previously
worked with Radio Holland and the Thales Group. Prior to joining
the Pacific Crest Corporation, Mr. Kluft was the Marketing Manager
for Osiris BV and was also responsible for the marketing and
operation activities of the Veripos DGPS system, a joint venture
between the Osiris BV and Halliburton Subsea.

With previous experience in both radio and GPS technology, he will
provide a balance of technical knowledge and sales support for
