Werner Kozel Joins Pacific Crest Corporation as Director of Engineering
 SANTA CLARA, Calif., March 1, 2004 - Pacific Crest Corporation welcomes Werner Kozel as Director of Engineering. Originally from Germany, Mr. Kozel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and advanced studies in Industrial Engineering with emphasis in Quality Control. Prior to joining Pacific Crest Corporation, Mr. Kozel was Vice President of Operations for ISE Labs, Inc., an integrated circuit testing laboratory in the Silicon Valley, where he managed operations activities at multiple sites including a subsidiary in Hong Kong.
