

Agreement with Leica
SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 12, 1999 --
Pacific Crest Corporation has entered into an agreement with Leica
to provide radio modems for their GPS RTK (Global Positioning System
Real Time Kinematic).

has focused on providing reliable radio modems and turn key solutions
to GPS manufacturers and their dealers. As GPS technology advances,
we at Pacific Crest acknowledge the importance of integrated and
reliable radio modems for GPS RTK applications. We have been very
successful in the U.S. and recently our radio modems have been
type approved in most international countries in Europe and Asia.
As a result, Leica, a world leader in GPS surveying and mapping
products, signed a contract with Pacific Crest Corporation to market
our radio modems with their GPS systems worldwide," states
