Pacific Crest Corporation Selects HR Telecom as Its Authorized Service Center in Europe

SANTA CLARA, Calif., January 7, 2004 – Pacific Crest Corporation has recently entered into an agreement with HR Telecom in Heerhugowaard, The Netherlands, to act as the exclusive authorized service center for its Positioning Data Link (PDL) product line. Starting on January 2004, Pacific Crest Corporation customers in Europe (including the Middle East and Africa) will be able to send their products for repairs to this Authorized Service Center.

"We want to offer the best service we can to our customers", said John Cameron, Vice President of Operations at Pacific Crest Corporation. "We believe that turn around time for repairs and costs will be reduced greatly by eliminating shipping from one continent to another".

The PCC Service Center will provide warranty and non-warranty repair services for Pacific Crest Corporation's PDL products. Service for RFM products will continue to be handled by the U.S.-based repair center.
