Pacific Crest to Open Authorized Service Center in China

SANTA CLARA, Calif., October 31, 2005 – Pacific Crest Corporation, a leading manufacturer of wireless communication equipment designed for position centric and environmental applications, has announced that it will open a new Authorized Service Center (ASC) in Q1 2006. Located in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone of Shanghai, China, this ASC will serve customers in the Asia Pacific region.  

Asia Pacific customers can now expect greater access to high-quality service and support, quicker turnarounds on repairs, and reduced shipping costs.  

Furthermore, Pacific Crest, in its effort to provide quality service and support to customers in this region has hired an experienced Chinese national who is fluent in both Mandarin and English as the service engineer for the Authorized Service Center in China.
